We had such an outstanding experience on this tour. Our brilliant guide, Fabi, was engaging, knowledgeable and fun. She took the time to answer all our questions and although I expect she’s given this tour hundreds of times, her love of Roman history and passion for these buildings and landmarks shone through and was infectious! Seeing large groups on similar tours made me so appreciative of the personal experience of a private tour! Thank you Fabi!

Our tour guide was amazing. I highly recommend paying for the private tour. It was just my family of 3 today and it was tailored to our needs. The heat was a bit challenging as we got into the tour so our guide adjusted the route to include some extra water breaks and extra stops in the shade. She knew where to go to skip the lines for water refills as well as where to take the best photos. Her knowkegte of the history of Rome shoukd qualify her as a historian in politics and archaeology .

Best tour ever, even on the heat of the afternoon!

Our tour guide, Daniel, made our tour memorable , enjoyable and fun regardless of the heat! I honestly felt sorry for all the many people that were on their own touring the Colosseum! Without our wonderful guide, we would have likely been meandering around aimlessly trying to see everything while melting in the 103 degree heat looking for shade amongst the droves of tourists! Daniel gave us so much useful and interesting historical information (while we were able to use any shady spots along the way) that the time went by very quickly. He knew exactly where to capture great vantage points while explaining all the many facts about the area, that none of our four family members had yet heard, about the rich history of this highly impactful center of world history. We will always remember this great tour our family of four had today (including our 11 and 15 year old girls) . Our daughters were in complete agreement. This was the best tour we’ve ever had and we go on many tours when we travel! Thanks again Daniel!

Valentina was the absolute best!!!

We have parents who have mobility issues and it was the end of June during the heat wave. Valentina was kind patience, educational, fun, insightful. We were very lucky to have her as our guide.
